I spent two weeks in Berlin end of July/beginning of August recording guitars and vocals and other instruments for Two-Spirit II together with Nicolai Schorr. It went very well and now there is still a load of work to be done in order to finish it. I thought that maybe it would be ready for the summer tour but it isn’t. And the reason why I exceeded my own deadline ist that for the first time I am allowing myself to take the time it really takes to record and produce songs not the time I THINK it should take. In the meatime I will be travelling Italy to find that one Sicilian porch perfect for an afternoon nap, playing shows on the way there and hopefully finishing (and starting) Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. It may sound like a “dream” but let me tell you, it’s “not”.
